*Responsible for formulating and improving the selection criteria, selection procedures, and qualification system certification for honorary academicians, ensuring the fairness, objectivity, and authority of the selection process.
*Organize global candidate recommendation and solicitation work, establish extensive cooperative relationships with governments, international organizations, academic institutions, industry associations, etc., and broaden candidate channels.
*Conduct preliminary review of the application materials submitted by candidates, including detailed investigation and verification of their achievements, reputation, influence, and other aspects, and select eligible candidates for the next round of evaluation.
*Coordinate and organize an expert review panel, invite senior experts, scholars, and well-known figures from various fields to serve as judges, conduct comprehensive evaluation and scoring of candidates, and provide review opinions and suggestions.
*Based on the results of the evaluation experts, determine the list of honorary academicians to be awarded and submit it to the senior management of the committee for final review and approval. At the same time, be responsible for handling consultation, appeals, and other matters related to the selection process to ensure the smooth progress of the selection work.
